First time I bought this juice myself and a friend thought it was great, had a really pleasant after taste of nuts. I re ordered a second batch of 80mls.
Oh dear, second batch came and it tasted exactly like the normal tabacco flavour which to me tastes a little too much like coffee - yuk
Made a complaint, was told I could send it back for a refund. didn't want to be without e juice so rang back later and asked if they could send me a few mls of the new batch to check that it was like the original I had.
24 hours later no response from customer services.
well they have now lost out on a customer for life. Would have reordered but have lost faith. I have already ordered my e liquid from Liberty flights... I find there starter kits expensive when you can buy a riva 510 xxl battery cone and some cartos for around 30 quid half the price of there starter kits. Unsatisfied, a timely call back would have made all the difference, but they have now lost two customers for life.

Sorry that on the last occasion, I personally was unable to get back to you and within 24hrs - during extreme busy times - it can take me a little longer especially as I had a late start today.
We did speak to you on 2 occasions and I did speak to you and agree with you that you could send all the items back postage free and we would send replacements out for free + extras. Not too sure what more we could have done here.
Please note the RIVA510 + cone is completely different system to our best seller AP3 - AP3s are smaller, lighter and far more realistic compared to real cigs and include the smart PCC charger. Our ULTIMATE kit is more comparable kit and is probably same price if you cherry pick the essential items.
Please note our NUCIG eliquid is VG PREMIUM (NOT PG base known to cause sore throats, cheaper and easier to source) using only pharmaceutical grade ingredients - that is why NUCIG is trusted and stocked at the pharmacy.
