Please note that due to the
volcanic Ash cloud, NUCIG have been unable to
receive their new stock intakes of the latest NUCIG Spring edition starter
and full kits.
These new kits should have been received in stock
over the Easter period and should have started shipping on 16th
With
recent openings of UK & EU airports, the new stock has already
arrived at our EU hub facility and await for shipment into the UK.
At this time we are expecting shipments before the end of the week.
As
you have ordered direct from NUCIG - you will be one of
the very first to receive your kits.
If your order is more
than 5 working days and yet to be received - your order may have
been affected and you should reply to this email confirming the
following details:
1> Order ID
2> Shipping address.
All orders will be upgraded free of charge to 1st class recorded
delivery.
We will also be including extra cartridges with every
order as a thank you for bearing with us during this difficult time.
Please understand that this is not how we normally operate and as
standard we hold significant stock of NUCIGNUCIG has completely
depleted the stocks of starter and full kits.
As another
gesture of good will - all starter kit back-orders are also being
upgraded to the latest April 2010 Spring edition which have improved
contents.
